I am not a fan of Wet n Wild but I just can’t pass by their Megalast lipsticks collection. I do think it is amazing.
One of my most favorite colors is Cherry Bomb. And today’s post is all about this purdy lippie.
The price is very affordable, it’s less than $2.
The Cherry Bomb color would be more appropriate for fall/winter season, but I love it so much, I can wear it all year around :)
It is a deep wine color. Not too red and not too purple, something in the middle. I just love it. It definitely makes your teeth whiter.
I’ve seen a lot of swatches of this color, and I can tell you that it looks so different on everybody depending on your lips pigment. It’s beautiful nonetheless, it just can look a little bit more red or purple. So, keep that in mind.
If you have very light to light skin tone it may look gothic on you. I don’t have a problem with that. I don’t think it looks too harsh on me…
The pigmentation is great just like any other lipstick from the Megalast collection. It is a little bit drying, but not too bad.
The finish is beautiful. It is not flat matte, but it’s not glossy either.
That how it looks on me:
Wet n Wild Cherry Bomb has my heart forever and I will be repurchasing it! I know they have another dark color, even more vampy but I can’t get my hands on it. It’s always sold out whenever I’m checking Wet n Wild shelves.
Under $2 lipsticks, I think Wet n Wild Megalast are the best on the market. Their quality is very comparable to MAC lipsticks.
I would love to have their entire collection of these lippies and I am getting pretty close to that ;) I hope you liked my post. See you very soon.
